QMS Requirements

In accordance with Aero Instruments and Avionics, Inc (AIA) Certification and Traceability Requirements, all products purchased or repaired from a supplier shall comply to: (a) notify AIA of non-conforming product, (b) obtain AIA approval for non-conforming product disposition, (c) notify AIA of changes in the product and/or process definition, (d) changes of Supplier or Manufacturing facility location, and where required, obtain AIA approval, (e) flow down to the Supply Chain the applicable requirements, including Customer requirements, (f) ensure records are maintained for 7 years or as mutually agreed upon or dictated, (g) and allow AIA, their Customers, and Regulatory authorities right of access to the applicable areas of all facilities, at any level of the Supply Chain, involving this order, and also to all applicable records. Supplier must ensure Employees understand their contribution to Product/Service conformity, Product Safety, and the importance of Ethical behavior.
